FAQ

When are you open? Hardly ever. Weds-Sat, 11-8:30, Sun 11-6.

How big are your pizzas? All of our pizzas are cooked in pans. The square pizzas are 6.5 x 9 inches and have 4 nice, thick corner pieces, and the circles are 14 inches, cut into 8 thin slices. Each pizza feeds 1-2 people.

Where is the parking? Parking is only available on-street, specifically in front of ours and the adjacent buildings.

Can we eat inside? We have a handful of tables and bar seating.

Can we get takeout? Of course! Give us a call or order online, or even just stop in.

Do you deliver? We have limited delivery via our online ordering page. Additional delivery can be found on the doordash platform.

What about beer and wine? Beer, yes, wine, some.

Do you take reservations? No.

Can I pre-order my food for a certain time? Heck yes, order online and choose your day and time.

Can you accommodate a large group? Email us with details of your party. Otherwise, seating is first come first serve, and limited.

Are you handicap accessible? Yes.

Do you have vegan options? Yes. Our regular menu is very small. Our vegan menu tends to be smaller. We are constantly looking for new products and techniques to serve more vegan options. Check our online ordering page to see our current options.

How about gluten-free? The square cut pizza has a GF option. The thin crust does not have a GF option but we’ll be working on it! For our GF crust, we’re using a blend of Caputo Gluten-Fiore and Bob’s Red Mill Pizza Flour blend. As we’re figuring out the supply/demand during the first few months, we recommend calling in GF orders early.

Though we make every effort to ensure no cross contamination happens, keep in mind, this is a pizzeria. We make our own dough and carry a LOT of flour. That said, we have a dedicated mixer for making the GF dough, and dedicated pans that the GF doughs are cooked in. Extreme sensitivities or allergies may want to consider alternative businesses.
